Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in a related position preferred.
• Must pass background check and have valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by guiding shift teams and modeling company standards.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing shifts as needed.
• Coach team members and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain brand standards and food safety compliance.
• Manage cash handling procedures and deposits as required.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness and sanitation per checklists.
• Address guest service issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Attend leadership and location staff meetings.
