Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and guide team members during assigned shifts in Dallas, TX. You will model the brand, drive guest service, and ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant performance.

Responsibilities include leading open, lunch, dinner, and closing shifts; coaching staff; upholding brand standards and food safety; managing cash handling; and coordinating with store management as needed. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6-12 months of experience in related position preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local food service safety and sanitation requirements; including certifications.
• Must have a valid State issued driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple Cicis locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and personnel during shifts to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
• Lead Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts; set an example of excellent working knowledge and proficiency in restaurant operations.
• Provide direction and coaching to Team Members during shift.
• Maintain Cicis Brand Standards and Food Safety compliance per operations manual.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, including daily bank deposits.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness standards by following cleaning checklists.
• Address guest service issues and communicate with management as needed.
• Attend leadership and staff meetings at the location.
