Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee store operations during shifts in the Delaware area. You will act as the person in charge when no senior manager is present, guiding customer service, product availability, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include managing POS tasks, vendor check-ins, and ensuring adherence to cash controls, while coaching team members to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and achieve store goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations as the Person in Charge when no senior leader is present.

• Maintain safety, store cleanliness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
