Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader to manage all store operations on duty and act as Person in Charge in the absence of a senior manager. You will oversee customer service, product availability, food service execution, safety, and shift management, while coaching staff and ensuring SOP adherence.

Role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on store performance, sales, and cost controls.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and organizational abilities.
