Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee shift operations as PIC when senior staff is absent; coordinate tasks in real time.
• Coach and support team in service, product knowledge, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure food/beverage programs run 24/7 with quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
• Uphold brand standards and lead by example; manage tasks and accountability.
