Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Ocean View, DE to manage store operations on duty. You will serve as the on-site lead, guiding the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain product availability, and execute food service programs with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will oversee shift tasks, handle POS transactions, ensure compliance with cash controls and SOPs, and drive store appearance and sales performance while coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
