Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee store operations during your shift. You will act as the Person in Charge, drive customer service, product availability, food service execution, safety, and store appearance while supporting management.

You will coach team members, ensure compliance with policies, handle POS and cash controls, and strive to maximize sales and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Training occurs at the Baltimore, MD or Laurel, DE center.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store operations as the person in charge when a senior leader is not present.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and product availability.
• Execute food service programs and maintain food quality and safety.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, manage cash controls and POS tasks.
• Coach team members, enforce policies, and drive store goals.
