Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader to manage store operations during shifts, acting as the Person in Charge when a senior leader isn’t present. You will guide staff in customer service, product availability, and execution of food service programs while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift tasks, handling POS and cash controls, maintaining store standards, and supporting management with vendor relations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership ability and teamwork development.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and lead by example to the team.
• Oversee shift operations as Person in Charge when senior leaders are absent.
• Ensure food service programs are executed and maintained.
• Maintain safety, cash controls, and vendor coordination.
• Uphold store appearance, sanitation, and compliance with SOPs.
• Assist with training and developing team members.
