You will support store leadership, work 1st–3rd shifts, and promote Thorntons’ standards and values while fostering a safe, welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to act as the responsible leader on shift when management is absent.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and store procedures.
• Provide training on food safety and standard practices.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and oversee shift operations in manager's absence.
• Deliver guest service with a helpful attitude.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements for restricted sales.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising.
• Support training of new team members.
