Job summary

Thorntons LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage safety, cash handling, food safety, and shift duties across 1st–3rd shifts. You will coach team members, monitor operations, and ensure tasks are completed with adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include inventory control, shift reconciliation, and training of new staff while maintaining Thorntons’ standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Food safety knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead on shift in absence of Store/GM.
• Assign work, manage inventory, reconcile shifts.
• Deliver guest service with a helpful attitude.
