Thorntons is seeking a shift leader to oversee daily store operations, including safety, cash handling, and inventory control, across 1st–3rd shifts. The role involves guiding team members, enforcing policies, and ensuring top guest service while managing shift-specific tasks and training new staff.

Responsibilities include supervising safe operations, complying with regulations on restricted items, and delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively and lead a team on shift.
• Experience with cash handling, inventory, and safety procedures is preferred.
• Food certifications are preferred per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-shift leader when Store/General Manager is absent.
• Oversee shift execution, assign work, and monitor safety and compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and presentation of store areas.
• Provide coaching and training to new team members and ensure policies are followed.
