Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Manage cash handling, price overrides, and inventory during shift.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked front-end areas and merchandise displays.
• Provide coaching, celebrate achievements, and uphold Thorntons values.
• Ensure attendance policies are followed and assist in training new team members.
