Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.
• Preferred: ANSI-approved Food Safety Manager Certification.
• Preferred: basic business math, accounting, computer, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to improve sales and store appearance.
• Oversee shift operations as the PERSON IN CHARGE when manager is absent and coordinate team tasks in real time.
• Ensure POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash-control procedures are followed.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and company policies; train and coach team members regularly.
• Maintain 24/7 food service and beverage program execution including ordering and production planning.
• Keep store clean, organized, and safe by managing side work and equipment maintenance.
• Execute additional duties as assigned and uphold Royal Farms standards.
• Supervise all store employees in the absence of a senior leader.
