Job summary

Royal Farms in Maryland is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations during on‑duty periods and act as the P.C.O. in the absence of a senior manager. You will drive customer service, product availability, safety, and shift management while coaching the team.

Responsibilities include supervising cash control, POS tasks, vendor coordination, and enforcing SOPs. A strong leader with 18+ years and a high school diploma is required; ANSI Food Safety Manager certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full shift operations as the Person in Charge when needed, coordinating team responsibilities.
• Perform shift tasks including POS transactions, vendor check‑in, and cash control.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures and training materials.
• Lead onboarding and training of team members, providing feedback and coaching.
• Support customer service, product availability, and store cleanliness.
