Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations on duty as the Person in Charge, ensuring exceptional customer service, product availability, and adherence to safety standards. You will lead a team, coordinate shift responsibilities, handle POS tasks, and monitor cash controls.

You will train and coach team members, onboard new hires, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure consistent execution of standards and programs across the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as Person in Charge when needed.
• Oversee shift operations, POS, cash controls, and vendor check-in.
• Ensure safety and compliance of store policies.
• Onboard and train team members, provide feedback and coaching.
• Support food service programs and maintain store standards.
