Job summary

Royal Farms in Maryland is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations on shift and serve as Person in Charge when a senior manager isn’t present. You will support customer service, drive product availability, and ensure safety and compliance.

You will train and develop team members, supervise daily tasks, and collaborate with store leadership to maximize sales, control costs, and uphold brand standards in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations as the Person in Charge when needed.
• Perform POS transactions and cash controls.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
