Job summary

Royal Farms in Maryland is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee store operations during the shift. You will act as Person in Charge when a more senior manager isn’t present and partner with the management team to ensure excellent customer service, product availability and adherence to safety standards.

You will supervise team members, manage POS tasks, food service execution, and maintain store cleanliness, while driving sales and cost controls.
