Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. The role also requires strong communication and a willingness to obtain RSS Certification; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure all transactions, transfers, and special orders are processed promptly and accurately.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure deposits per policy.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks accordingly.
