Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management duties when managers are absent.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on delivering excellent service to both retail and professional customers. The position requires strong communication, potential RSS certification, and experience in auto parts sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Ensure phone calls are answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly, notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
