Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual applicants.

You will lead a team, ensure service programs are executed, manage orders and transfers, and uphold store procedures. Responsibilities include handling returns, invoicing, and communications, while maintaining schedule

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise retail customer service levels and execute service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and shift management when needed.
• Ensure orders, returns, and transfers are processed accurately and timely.
• Communicate store messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
