O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance and daily operations. This role may assume shift management in their absence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to service, and a willingness to obtain RSS Certification. Bilingual abilities are encouraged and experience in automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders and transfers.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security procedures.
