Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and merchandise invoicing are accurate and processed properly.
• Ensure team members follow posted schedules and clock in/out correctly.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, including money handling and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
