Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and manage customer service operations. You will lead team members towards excellence in sales and ensure efficient processing of orders and returns.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills and should be able to obtain RSS certification. Retail sales experience in auto parts and ASE certification are desired.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is mandatory.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, is desired.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in sales and customer service.
• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Process buy online/ship to store and special orders efficiently.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and manage security.
