Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or leadership preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and monitor daily store operations.
• Lead on duty and guide team during shifts to meet goals.
• Assist in achieving sales, production, and revenue targets.
• Record bank deposits and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and barcoding systems accurately and efficiently.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
