Job summary

Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Retail Key Holder/Shift Leader in Johnston, IA. You will lead daily store operations, train team members, and maintain high standards of customer service while advancing our mission of supporting purposeful employment in central Iowa.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and POS proficiency, with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour plus a $1.00 weekend premium. A monthly bonus and merit increases are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS and barcode systems.
