Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of supervisors.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and reliability in completing daily store tasks is essential. The position emphasizes leading a team in delivering excellent customer service to both retail and professional customers, with focus on store

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
ASE Certification preferred.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations.
Manage phone communications and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers.
Oversee returns, refunds, and exchanges with accurate payments and documentation.
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage security procedures.
Perform opening/closing duties and daily cash handling per policy.
