Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Automotive systems/repair knowledge is desirable.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and orders are processed promptly.
• Oversee store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures with accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned.
