Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, appearance, and operations. Will assume shift management in absence of leadership. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading customer service, processing transfers and orders, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and cash handling per policy. Strong communication across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Oversee phone inquiries and ensure calls follow company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and Zipline messages, Image Maker tasks are completed.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Support store operations and security procedures as needed.
