Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in their absence and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom.
• Manage phone inquiries according to policy.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle returns and refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Coordinate messages and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff adhere to work schedules and clocking policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure the store.
• All other duties as assigned.
