Job summary

Auntie Anne's is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations and to act in the absence of the General Manager. The role emphasizes maintaining food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation while addressing issues with team members, suppliers, and guests.

The Team Leader will supervise shifts, contribute to labor control, ensure guest satisfaction, and support training for staff. This is an hourly, on-site position at a franchised Auntie Anne's location.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise during assigned shifts.
• Provide a positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Assist with daily labor controls and costs.
• Monitor service speed for a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and new hires.
• Ensure adherence to uniform policy and cash handling procedures.
• Open/close the restaurant in absence of upper management.
