Job summary

Auntie Anne’s is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee store operations in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager during assigned shifts. You will lead Crew Members, ensure standards, and maintain balance between quality and speed.

Responsibilities include directing staff, handling cash, running reports, coordinating training, and addressing customer needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must display leadership, communication, interpersonal relations, and organizational skills.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to operate a calculator.
• Must have dependable transportation and be reachable by phone.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Crew Members and coordinate breaks.
• In case of call-offs or no-shows, contact Manager/Assistant Manager and secure replacements.
• Monitor product quality and adherence to procedures; correct as needed.
• Monitor customer service and relations; correct as needed.
• Address and resolve customer needs, questions, or complaints.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and regular maintenance and cleaning.
• Manage store funds during shift; handle cash drawers and change.
• Run register reports and related cash handling per policies.
• Receive and supervise storage of food items; transmit paperwork to Manager.
• Assist in monthly physical inventory.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Evaluate Crew Members' performance as directed.
• Comply with Auntie Anne's policies and safety regulations.
