• Manage cash handling, openings/closings, and shift reports per policies.
• Train, evaluate, and supervise staff as directed by management.
• Meet minimum age and transportation requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Crew Members and breaks during shifts.
• Monitor product quality and customer service; enforce procedures.
• Handle cash drawer access and reconcile shift cash; run reports as needed.
• Train new employees and assess performance per Manager directives.
