Auntie Anne’s is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the team on your shift, keep operations smooth, and maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness and food safety. You’ll motivate teammates, handle guest concerns, and escalate issues when needed. This role puts you at the heart of daily store leadership and guest joy.

You’ll work flexible hours, develop your leadership skills, and grow with a brand known for its pretzels, smiles, and fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• TB clearance required (location dependent).
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
• General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Know when to escalate issues to store leadership.
