Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with direction, coaching, and support for team members.
• Ensure food safety, brand standards, and guest service quality.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to recipes.
• Operate registers, handle cash and daily transactions accurately.
• Open and close procedures, cash accountability, and shift execution.
