You will support interviewing and training, enforce health and safety regulations, and help execute current operations plans while representing the Firehouse Subs culture in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team.
• Knowledge of health, wage and employment regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on feet for long shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, hour and wage regulations.
• Lead restaurant team to deliver guest service.
• Assist GM in coordinating operations and initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring and training.
• Ensure reports and legal documents are completed on schedule.
• Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional manner.
• Communicate issues to GM/Owner promptly.
