Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in operating a busy restaurant during scheduled shifts. You will deploy team members, delegate tasks, and ensure daily systems and procedures are followed with integrity.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving profitability through cost controls and guest satisfaction. Position offers flexibility with day, night, and weekend shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in freezer/cooler with temperatures from 40°F to -10°F.

Responsibilities

• Reports to: General Manager.
• Fully accountable for profitable operation of a specific shift as designated by the GM.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with health, wage, age, and ADA regulations.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Help manage food cost, labor, controllables, and sales growth during shifts.
• Provide leadership to achieve superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
