Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee a designated shift under the General Manager. You will ensure profitable operations while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines, lead a team to deliver superior guest service and quality, and support hiring, training and discipline as directed by the GM.

Key responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing game plans, ensuring timely reporting, and representing the brand professionally.

Qualifications

• Adherence to local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age and employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift under the General Manager to ensure profitable operation.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Improve guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and discipline with GM guidance.
• Ensure timely completion of required programs, reports and documents.
• Represent the brand professionally and communicate issues to GM/Owner.
• Stand up to 13 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
