Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a shift supervisor responsible for the profitable operation of a designated shift under the General Manager, ensuring compliance with health, safety and company policies while delivering excellent guest service.

You will lead the restaurant team, assist with interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the GM, monitor food costs and labor, and uphold Firehouse Subs culture and mission.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitable operation of a designated shift under the GM.
• Ensure compliance with health, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA and other applicable rules.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
• Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times.
• Able to stand for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
