Firehouse Subs is seeking a shift-focused operations professional to oversee profitable daily performance under the General Manager. This role ensures full regulatory compliance, adheres to company policies, and leads a restaurant team to deliver superior guest service and cleanliness.

The position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage long shifts on site. This franchise emphasizes community involvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing shift operations and enforcing company policies.
• Ability to work long shifts on their feet and manage staffing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, hour, wage regulations and ADA and all applicable laws.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Drive shift profitability through food cost, labor, controllables and guest growth.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist GM with coordinating and implementing operations plans and initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under GM guidance.
• Ensure required programs, reports and documents are completed on schedule.
• Participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives and company culture.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
• Communicate issues to GM/Owner that may impact the business.
• Able to work on feet up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
