Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a register.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable moving in walk-in freezers/coolers at 40°F to -10°F.
• Flexible to work day, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Reports to: General Manager.
• Lead restaurant shift to meet profitability and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, wage, age restrictions, and employment regulations.
• Train and discipline team under GM guidance.
• Maintain guest service and cleanliness standards.
