Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant operations on designated shifts, reporting to the General Manager. You will help deploy team members, enforce health and wage regulations, and uphold company policies while delivering exceptional guest service.

This flexible position offers a competitive hourly rate with tips, plus medical/dental/vision coverage for full-time staff, and a 401(k) after one year. Part-time and full-time opportunities available across locations.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in freezer/cooler with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Responsibilities

• REPORTS TO: General Manager
• POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: Fully accountable for profitable operation of a shift under the GM.
• Shift Leaders ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age and employment laws.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain profitability by controlling food cost, labor, and sales growth on shifts.
• Lead restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
