Marco’s Pizza in Bedford, OH is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, guide team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across shifts. You will lead front-line operations, participate in food prep and service, and uphold food safety and cash-handling standards with a customer‑first mindset.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on participation, and coaching to develop staff while maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant environment and high standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts and lead shift operations.
• Perform crew member tasks when needed (makeline, oven monitoring, packaging, order accuracy, guest service).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate with Drivers and the Manager to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Handle cash handling procedures and balance registers accurately.
