• Oversees daily activities of store associates and trains them.
• Receives, unpacks, and stocks new inventory for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and issues.
• Opens and closes the store, secures cash and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service efforts.
• Maintains store upkeep and stock room.
