Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring guests have a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure duties are performed effectively and with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Manage opening/closing the store including cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and operations.
• Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning, stock room, and general upkeep.
