Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service and supports checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and trains staff.

• Acts as Manager on Duty, oversees operations and staff.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and cash handling as needed.
• Drives sales, optimizes merchandising and controls expenses.
• Performs routine store maintenance and collaboration with leadership.
