Five Below seeks a Support Lead in Wisconsin Rapids to help run daily store operations and mentor crew while ensuring exceptional customer service. As a part-time leader, you’ll supervise opening and closing tasks, assist with stock organization, and support onboarding and training of associates.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, quick problem solving, and collaboration with the store leadership team to drive sales and stay within budget. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service and supports checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and trains staff.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, oversees operations and staff.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and cash handling as needed.
• Drives sales, optimizes merchandising and controls expenses.
• Performs routine store maintenance and collaboration with leadership.
