Job summary

Five Below is hiring a Part Time Support Lead in Middleton, WI. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, supervise daily activities, and assist with stock and store operations.

You may act as Manager on Duty, opening and closing, securing cash, and ensuring a smooth daily operation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with college experience preferred and at least 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, and activating alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
