Job summary

Five Below in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Support Lead (Part Time) to oversee daily store operations and lead a team in delivering the BEST customer service experience. You will train crew, manage opening/closing, handle stock, and support sales growth with strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manage the opening/closing of the store, including cash handling, locking doors, setting alarms, and daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance such as taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and stock room upkeep.
