Job summary

The role supports KPIs, cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and loyalty program promotions to create a lively, customer‑driven store environment.

The candidate will lead by example, train staff, manage front‑of‑store tasks, and travel between locations as needed to ensure consistent operations and standout guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and promote loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns and work with management on escalations.
• Support loss prevention and uphold company policies.
