Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports KPI achievement, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program and maintaining a lively, customer-focused atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a retail leadership role, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge.
• Support daily operations including replenishment and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising.
• Open/close duties and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Promote the store membership program to boost loyalty.
