Job summary

MINISO USA in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering excellent customer service. You will drive KPI goals, manage cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and loss prevention while promoting the store's membership program to build loyalty.

This role requires leadership and the ability to travel between locations as needed to support multiple stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Retail experience and basic POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily store operations including replenishment and cash handling.
• Open/close store and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program.
• Participate in promotions and events.
